Good concept, the product is not
I gave this to my wife as a gift. It turned out to be quite disappointing for the reasons stated in other reviews, Heart rate readouts were either inconsistent or not at all…

    Disappointed
Works after the third or fourth try. On occasion it is completely inaccurate but mostly just unreliable.

    AWESOME!~
I bought this watch on a whim. I had the traditional strap around my midsection, but was very uncomfortable since I am female. I have to wear a sportsbra. I love this watch.

Very convenient, but a little finicky
I bought this watch because I really, really hate wearing the chest straps for other heart rate monitoring watches.

    NICE WATCH
I like the watch and its features however, it is difficult sometimes to get a reading out of it.

    I love this gadget watch!
I wasn’t making any progress in my weight loss efforts, so I got this watch to see where my heart rate is while I exercise. Turns out, I wasn’t exercising efficiently.

    It’s alright when it works
I thought this watch would be a good alternative to wearing a chest strap, because the MIO website touts their HR monitor as being ‘very accurate’.

This is a great watch! Easy to use and convenient. Is BIG for a small wrist, works great for wide arms person.

    MIO watch
Pretty accurate heart rate monitor. Red band that comes w/ it is a little uncomfortable, but I have a small wrist.
